Terms for the Orbit beta.
These terms describe a limited, evolving beta. They are intentionally plain about what Orbit can and cannot do.
Legal review notice: this is an operational draft for the private beta, not attorney-approved legal advice. It must be reviewed before a broad paid public launch.
The service
Orbit helps users express recurring needs, review discovered people or opportunities, approve introductions, and record outcomes. Early network pilots include disclosed human assistance. Features may change as the product is validated.
No guaranteed outcome
Orbit does not guarantee employment, investment, introductions, replies, meetings, or business outcomes. Users must verify opportunities and make their own decisions.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep access links and passwords secure, respect other people’s consent, and use source information lawfully. Do not use Orbit for spam, discrimination, fraud, harassment, or prohibited automated activity.
Payments
Founding network pilots are accepted and invoiced manually after scope and price are confirmed. No recurring subscription is created through this website today. Refund or cancellation terms must be included in the written pilot order.
Beta availability
The service may be interrupted, delayed by free-tier infrastructure, or contain defects. Orbit may suspend access to protect users or infrastructure. Liability limits and governing-law terms require legal review before broad commercial launch.
